GENERAL INFORMATION

RETURN OF REGRET

The returned product must be in its original packaging and accessories, in perfect condition and submitted with the purchase invoice. We reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to the customer, if any of the items is not informed within the standards. In this case, the return value will be paid by the customer.
If the product is in perfect condition, the amount will be refunded in full after receipt and analysis of the product in our Distribution Center.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We offer our clients within two (2) years after receipt of the product, for replacement of defective products, following the rules of the Consumer Code, upon presentation of the original coupon or the 1st copy of the invoice, and being the product in its original packaging and without misuse of evidence.
The returned product will undergo an analysis and, if found manufacturing defects, a new product, equal or similar to acquired, will be sent to the customer. The shipping cost will be our responsibility.

IN SIZE OR COLOR OF THE SAME PRODUCT EXCHANGE
To hold an exchange of one product for another color or size, please contact our customer service at (351) 707 910 036, or by e-mail (info@jorgeoculista.pt) within a maximum period of 14 days receipt of the product. The deadline for the new product is up to 14 days after receipt and analysis of the item in our logistics department, upon receipt of the original coupon or the 1st copy of the invoice, provided they are the product and packaging in perfect condition.

EXCHANGE FOR OTHER PRODUCT

To hold an exchange of one product for another color or size, please contact our customer service at (351) 707 910 036, or by e-mail (info@jorgeoculista.pt) within a maximum period of 14 days receipt of the product.
If there is a difference in values between the received product and the new product will open the return procedure, so after returning the product and approval of the analysis in our logistics department, the amount of the difference will be refunded.
The previous product should be returned upon presentation of the original coupon or the 1st copy of the invoice and being as well as their packaging, in perfect condition. After the analysis of the product in our Distribution Center, begins the values of return procedure.

We ship your order to any country in the World for free through DHL EXPRESS.

Shipping costs are free, however, all expenses related to customs duties or customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped as soon as the stock and the delivery time varies depending on the country of destination is confirmed. Only after verification of articles is possible to know whether or not the order can be satisfied. Usually the order is satisfied from 24H to 48H. However our supply capacity is limited to the availability and quality of existing stock. In case of stock break we'll make a direct order to the supplier in Italy, however, the customer will be informed of the implications in terms of delivery time. Since sending the receipt of order can monitor the entire process of sending that nothing fails in the delivery of your order. 

In case of breakdown product, the JORGEOCULISTA.PT does not guarantee that the replacement product does not lead to price update, so only process the order after confirmation by the customer.
