Any exchange or return of products purchased in the online store can also be made in any of the 20 stores of the Group Jorge Oculista provided that you inform us in advance of your intention through our Customer Service

In case of exchange, if by chance the desired product is not available at the time of the request, we will make the cancellation of the request, with the refund / return of payment.

Before any procedure, the exchange or return of any product should be informed to our Customer Service, via phone, chat or email.

The exchange and return is allowed only for products purchased at the online store jorgeoculista.pt and therefore not allowed to exchange products purchased in physical stores.

All shipping charges for exchanges or returns of the article are the responsibility of the customer.

All expenses related to customs duties or taxes, are the full responsibility of the client.

We are not responsible for any customs or other non-directly chargeable expenses that may arise in case of exchanges or returns from customers resident in countries outside the EU.

IMPORTANT TIPS

- The customer should be aware of the product description and technical sheet;

- It is important to keep the invoice/receipt received at the time of delivery of the items purchased and the transactional e-mails of the purchase as collateral;

- The original packaging of the purchased product as well as the warranty and accompanying accessories must be kept in good condition. In case of exchange or return, these items will be evaluated;

- Those who receive the purchase should always check the items in the order and invoice/receipt at the time of delivery;

- There must be someone at the delivery place. If the buyer himself is not available, he must tell the person responsible how to proceed. The delivery can be made to third parties, such as porters or relatives;

- After the positive conference, it will be necessary the full signature of the person responsible for the receipt and RG number on the left-hand side of the note;

- jorgeoculista.pt is responsible for the quality of the products throughout the journey, while transported to their destination;

- Once the delivery has been registered, the responsibility for the integrity of the product becomes immediately with the person who received it. 

 

REPENTANCE RETURN

To make a return in case of regret or withdrawal, the customer has 14 days after receipt of the product at the place of delivery to do so upon prior notice through our Attention Service to Client.

The returned product must be in its original packaging and accessories, in perfect condition and presented together with the purchase invoice. We reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to the customer, if any of the items are not within the informed standards. 

If the product is in perfect condition, the value will be fully refunded, after receipt and analysis of the product in our Distribution Center.

Shipping costs are FREE to Portugal. For sales outside the country, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects, following the standards of the Consumer Protection Code, upon presentation of the purchase document, and the product is in its original packaging and without evidence of misuse.

The returned product will undergo an analysis and, if a manufacturing defect is found, a new product, the same or similar to the one purchased, will be sent to the customer. The cost of shipping will be our responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse to return the product to the customer if any of the items are not within the informed standards. In this case, the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any assistance with the products purchased at jorgeoculista.pt can be made in any of the 20 stores of the Group Jorge Oculista. 

If it is not possible to travel to one of the physical OJ shops you can request assistance with the product through our Attention Service to Client . Afterwards you will be informed of how to proceed with the shipment of the product. 

 

EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR COLOUR OF THE SAME PRODUCT

To exchange a product for another color or size, please contact our Attention Service to Client. The deadline for sending the new product is up to 14 working days after receipt and analysis of the item in our logistics department, upon receipt of the original purchase document, provided that the product and packaging are in perfect condition.

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT

To exchange a product for another color or size, please contact our Attention Service to Client within 14 days of receipt of the product.

If there is a difference in value between the product received and the new product, the return procedure will be opened, so after the return of the product and approval of the analysis in our logistics department, the value of the difference will be returned.

The previous product must be sent, upon presentation of the original document and be, as well as its packaging, in perfect condition. After the analysis of the product in our Distribution Center, the procedure of return of values begins.

We reserve the right to refuse to return the product to the customer if any of the items are not within the informed standards. In this case, the shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.

Orders are shipped as soon as the stock is confirmed and the delivery time varies according to the country of destination. Only after checking the items is it possible to know whether or not the order can be fulfilled. Normally the order is fulfilled between 24H and 48H. However, our ability to offer is limited to the availability and quality of existing stock. In case of stock shortage we will place the order directly with the supplier in Italy, however, the customer will be informed of the implications on the delivery time.

From the dispatch to the reception of the order you will be able to follow the whole dispatch process so that nothing fails in the delivery of your order. 

In case of product rupture, JORGEOCULISTA.EN does not guarantee that the product replacement will not imply the price update, so we only process the order after confirmation with the customer himself.
